Don't Be Scared......
Yesterday's title of "Meme" may have scared you off. Some people don't like them. But hey, it's me. You KNOW I never do anything the normal way. It's really just me turning a meme into me. Well, maybe you should be scared!
I did not know what a MEME was ... like 'Daryl' I don't 'get' the blog hop thing ... I don't twitter or text, either. And yet, I could not stop reading your MEME ... I am fascinated as you weave a story with your words ... and left wanting more.
Scared - no way. Can't wait for part two! PS - I think that our Katie Tatie is fine. She's been posting on FB, and she's a crazy as ever. And, I mean that in a good way:-)
Thanks for coming to check-up on me :) I was at the lake for the weekend and then strained my back moving furniture upstairs... and now I am in a drug-induced haze :) Sorry to miss all the fun!
...except spiders, snakes, heights, widths, ladders, pumpkins, the dark, the woods, fire, being buried alive, elevators, being chased by dogs, camping, leopards, angelfish, Mormons, ghosts, pirates, shellfish, seersucker, earthworms, powdered milk, that flesh-eating bacteria, accordion music, ticks, certain kinds of cheese and the number 17.
You don't scare me...I know what a kind gentle person you are, can't fool me!!!!!!!!! :0)
I don't do memes, etc., because it would take me forever to finish it! I would write and re-write and re-write again and still not be satisfied with what I wrote...but...that doesn't mean I don't enjoy reading yours...
Seriously...you are a wonderful writer and you should do a book based on Robynn's Ravings...it would be a huge seller, I kid you not!!! I'll be your manager...how's that... :0)
Never heard of a meme until I read your blog. I always take SOMETHING from your "Ravings". Sometimes, it is a gentle reminder to not take myself so seriously, and laugh! Thanks!
I really really enjoyed yesterday's post! There are too many things that we have in common, that I too, scoff at now! For instance, going over to people's houses that were very open with their porn. A kid doesn't know how to handled that! I just knew not to tell my parents or I would never see my friend again. Now I am completely miffed as to what would possess adults to even read porn, much less leave it out for children to see. Also, I babysat at the age of 10, for a family of five. I didn't even think about it then. Obviously, my parents didn't either. Now, I am miffed again!
Hey my Friend! I was giggling and thinking about you as I put my tablescape post together today. All that beauty and yummy food.. and I didn't get to eat a single bite of it lol.. I'll send you an email so you can see how NOT so perfect I really am hahahaha. LY, Debbie
