Happy Valentine's Day My Friends

Love makes your soul crawl out from its hiding place. ~Zora Neale Hurston

The supreme happiness of life is the conviction that we are loved - loved for ourselves, or rather, loved in spite of ourselves. ~Victor Hugo

A Valentine for You.......

To all my dear friends who have shown me much kindness and love. I pray you receive as many blessings as you have extended. If you do, I know you'll have a rich and lovely Valentine's Day.

1 Corinthians 13:13 "And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love."

I love the quote you have up first by Hurston. Is a real good one and, for me, so true. Thank you for sharing it and thank you for the kind words along the way -they are not lost on deaf ears... people like to absorb "good vibes". Hope your Valentine's Day was a good one.

Okay, I'm not complaining but your sweet comments are my only "word" Valentine's, too (Lil Mama - hugs to you - Tatersmama, you're all "screwed" up).

Grizzly has had a heck of a week and came home today looking like he'd been through the war. Worked his rear end off, made money, and hey, we can make the house payment!....daughter vacuumed, organized a cupboard, and found a moldy lemon that I could not find no matter WHAT I did and it's been driving me crazy!, and son cleaned his room and loaded the dishwasher. And when it gets down to it, all that says L-O-V-E.

But as a woman of words, I like me some words, and I thank you from the bottom of my mooshy heart for giving them to me! XOXOXOXOX

Thanks you, Robynn, for the sweet Valentine's Day wishes. :-) And tho I'm getting in at the last moment (the 11th hour, so to speak): Have a Happy Valentine's Day (these last 6 minutes of it).

Well Happy Day After Valentines to you. Sending heart shaped hugs your way!

I didn't get the romantic Victorian Valentine card I wanted, but my daughter did clean the toilet and my son (reluctantly) vacuumed and my youngest shared a Hershey's kiss with me and my husband stirred the spaghetti sauce and the dog sat on my feet and warmed them. Plus I made cupcakes and I licked the bowl ... all by myself and I didn't share! So I felt loved!

Thanks for your comment today, Robynn--even the tongue-in-cheek 'brag' about having an on-demand, direct-line to patience. If only it were really that easy! LOL
