I had on-star and I know exactly what you mean. I went through the same thing when I would try to dial someone. Very aggravating.
The thing couldn't understand my nine everytime. And five.

My on star sure wasn't from the south. lol..

Uh-oh. Good thing I wasn't in San Francisco both of those days. How could I be, I was at work in Santa Rosa. Good thing too. Heehee. I hope your doctor's visits went well.
